Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped via email within a maximum of 24 business hours after payment approval! (If it exceeds 24 business hours, please contact us.)

Attention:

• The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. As soon as your payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
• All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may require a little more time for payment confirmation;

Payment Policy

The delivery time indicated in the order starts counting from the date of payment identification, which varies according to the payment method:

• Credit Card: may be immediate or between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
• Pix: Immediate
• Bank Slip: after clearing, which may take up to 2 business days

Therefore, if you need your delivery urgently, we suggest making the payment via Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday within our business hours.
