Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:
   The customer has the right to cancel their purchase and request a full refund, provided the order is canceled within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the purchase confirmation email was sent. This right is valid only if the customer has not retrieved the login and password or code provided to access the purchased license, which is for immediate use, from their email.
2. License Usage Conditions:
   It is important to note that once the customer uses an account with the provided login and password, the license becomes non-transferable and cannot be reused by the seller under any circumstances. Consequently, the customer loses the right to cancellation and refund, after deducting any installment costs and other mandatory expenses.
3. Refund Process:
   If the customer exercises the right to claim without having used the account, the amounts paid will be fully refunded. The refund will be processed within 10 business days after a formal cancellation request.
4. Refund Conditions:
   If the cancellation occurs while the order is still marked as paid and no digital product has been shipped to the customer, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Products in Code Format:
   Products supplied in 25-digit or 12-digit code formats, once shipped to the customer, are not eligible for a refund. Therefore, we recommend that the customer request cancellation before these products are shipped. After shipment, the customer agrees that there will be no possibility of cancellation or refund of the purchase.
6. Shared Xbox One Digital Games:
   When purchasing a shared Xbox One digital game, the customer agrees not to allow access to the game for a period exceeding 730 days (2 years). Otherwise, the license may be deactivated by Microsoft. In this situation, the seller (HerosPlay) will not offer a refund or financial compensation to the customer.
